Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. These items must be in their original packaging and include their serial number or UPC.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email before sending the item back.Items returned without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned parts.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted On:

• Special Orders
• Equipment
• Electrical Parts
• Used items
• Items missing their serial number or UPC
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items returned without a valid receipt

Important Reminders:

• No returns will be processed without a valid receipt.
• No returns or exchanges on Special Orders, Equipment, or Electrical Parts.
• A 25% restocking fee applies to all other parts.
